Manuka

Back

The honey from the manuka tree is well-known as a very special kind of honey.

It uses messenger ingredients to transport herbal blends to where they are needed most. This is not the Heineken factor, but a simple fact that some natural ingredients have an affinity for certain parts of the body. Honey is one of these carriers.

The manuka honey we use in our Elderberry syrup and our Manuka Honey tea blend is made from the nectar of the manuka tree.

To make sure the honey that the bees make for us is genuinely organic their hives are placed in a pristine habitat at least four miles away from any source of potential evil pesticide contamination.

Then the manuka honey is cold extracted to preserve the enzymes and to ensure that its Manuka Factor is perfect.
